[Question #106906]: Allow graphs to render specific time periods per day instead of all 24 hours
New question #106906 on Graphite:

This is just a feeler to see if other people are having similar pains. I'm looking to allow graphs to render specific time periods per day instead of all 24 hours. For example most traffic (metric generation) happens during say 9am-5pm or whatever your business hours are. There may be some data overnight but it is often not as interesting. It would be nice to be able to collapse the hours that are not of interest. Hopefully this could be done with a couple of parameters for start of day and end of day and/or a new graph type. I do realize that it would potentially make retrieval of metrics and rendering of metrics more difficult.
If this sounds like something of interest I'll open a issue for this.
