I can't seem to get the %util below 70%.  Ihave the
MAX_UPDATES_PER_SECOND set at 50 and after a fresh reboot it still
climbs over 70%.   The drives are only 7500 RPM drives configured in
RAID 5.

Any suggestions?  Again, I would provide graphs but see no place to post them.
