Relaying to a single carbon-cache. The host has > 3GB free RAM.

I hit ~8k metrics total at 10:50.

This is with the settings:

MAX_CACHE_SIZE = inf
MAX_UPDATES_PER_SECOND = 100
MAX_CREATES_PER_MINUTE = 60
