Re: [Question #209895]: Increment not incrementing by 1

Question #209895 on Graphite changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/graphite/+question/209895

    Status: Answered => Open

Joshua Cody is still having a problem:
Thanks, Daniel. it turns out stats_counts was what I needed, then I
needed to widen the graph or dial-down the length of time I was
sampling. The IRC channel was a big help.

Most of my calls ATM are using the statsd-ruby gem (https://github.com/github/statsd-ruby) in my Rails app, via the .increment call. So .increment("stats.business.users.sign_in") is what I'm looking to do. In addition, I'm plotting deploys with a drawAsInfinite line. So my whole url looks like this:
>>
>> http://graphite.host/render?target=drawAsInfinite(color(stats.timers.stack.web.deploy_times.count,%20%22darkgray%22))&height=250&title=Sign+Ins&width=600&target=stats.business.users.sign_in
