    Status: Open => Answered

Jeff Blaine proposed the following answer:
> Hi,
> Currently we are able to plot various graphs in our graphite dashboard. We have a requirement now to display the Red Amber Green (RAG) status of the graphs or some kind of key status in words. Is this possible in graphite dashboard? For example, if I am plotting CPU utilization and disk utilization in the dashboard, I just want to say the System status "Green" or "Yellow" based on the current trend on top of the graph.

No, this is not a capability of Graphite. You need to use another
tool to query the raw graphite data (via the URL API) and use that
as input against some threshold to construct some form of "RAG" status
visual.
