These are all links pointing to the same graph, each time I look at it, it's displayed very differently

I managed at one point to notice a difference between viewing "last 60 minutes" and "last 61 minutes", 
when I changed form last 61 to last 60, the scales went from 25K to 300K!! but the graph remained the same

What's wrong?
