Hi JEnIUS,
You need some separate thing to send metrics to Graphite. If you need to monitor your own software you need something like Coda Hale Metrics - https://dropwizard.github.io/metrics/. If you can't / do no want change source - you need something like https://github.com/jmxtrans/jmxtrans-agent
Graphite hasn't subsecond resolutions, so, I'm doubt that it can be useful for bytecode instrumentation...
