averageSeriesWithWildCards(collectd.service_A.cluster_A.*.cpu-*.cpu-
system,4)

or

averageSeriesWithWildcards(nonNegativeDerivative(collectd.service_A.cluster_A.*.cpu
-*.cpu-system),4)
