  Blinking file manager icon when opening a device/volume window .

Bug description:
  [Impact]

  Filemanager icon could blink on a volume icon opening

  [Test case]
  To reproduce
  #1. Unlock the file manager icon from the launcher
  #2. Open a device file manager window

  Most of the time the file manager icon is showed again just for a
  couple of frames.

  #3. Close the device file manager window

  The blinking icon is shown in this case too.

  [Possible regressions]

  Windows might be not marked as mapped, while the filemanager icon
  could be shown with some delay.
