[Bug 1650601] [NEW] Xenial update to v4.4.36 stable release

Public bug reported:

SRU Justification

    Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The v4.4.36 upstream stable
patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
       kernel as well.

       git://git.kernel.org/

    TEST CASE: TBD

The following patches from the v4.4.36 stable release shall be
applied:

iommu/vt-d: Fix IOMMU lookup for SR-IOV Virtual Functions
KVM: x86: drop error recovery in em_jmp_far and em_ret_far
KVM: x86: check for pic and ioapic presence before use
usb: chipidea: move the lock initialization to core file
USB: serial: cp210x: add ID for the Zone DPMX
USB: serial: ftdi_sio: add support for TI CC3200 LaunchPad
Fix USB CB/CBI storage devices with CONFIG_VMAP_STACK=y

tile: avoid using clocksource_cyc2ns with absolute cycle count
cfg80211: limit scan results cache size
