[Bug 631344] [NEW] remove the "tag" and "insert subtask" buttons in the editor

Maybe it's because I'm used to GTG, but I think the "tag" and "insert
subtask" buttons in the task editor are not really used by most of the
people. Taking them out would add precious space in our UI.
I am aware of the discoverability problem of @ and - (bug #317926), but
since we have a short intial "how-to" this shouldn't be an issue. Also,
similar features in tomboy don't have a button.
