Hi,

Yes we've heard about Things. It seems to be a great app, but we
couldn't try it unfortunately. If you like some ideas from Things, I'm
going to ask to be more specific about that subject, more than "copy all
their" ideas. The objective of GTG is not to be a copy of whatever
existing GTD application. We aim to develop and offer to user a simple,
yet powerful organizer, which has an inspiration in the GTD methodology.

I'm glad you like it. If you think some additional features or UI
behaviors should land in GTG, I would be very pleased that you discuss
them on the GTG mailing-list or open bugs about it. In the meantime, as
this bug is not really a bug, and has no clear objective, I'm going to
close it.

Well,

I don't want to offend you for that, just an idea.

What about to copy all the ideas from the "things mac" (http://culturedcode.com/things/) this program is just awesome!

But it's work only on Mac OSX. 

I've tried so hard to find an app like this for Linux and found GTG. But this is far from Things, despite it's great too, it's simple and I'm using it now.

But think about to take some (or all) the ideas from Things, visit the link above please, and check it out for yourselves! I don't know if you've heard about Things, so take a look!

So, what about it? Did you like the idea? Did you like the Things Mac app?
