Status in Getting Things GNOME!: New

Bug description:
./scripts/debug.sh  redefines xdg directories DATA and CONFIG to run gtg with dummy data.
Also CACHE should be redefined, since it's a xdg dir (it will be used by the rtm plugin). 
Patch attached.
