Bug description:
Setup.py has not been updated since the addition of plugins. It was ignoring several .glade files, all .gtg-plugin and all the new icons. In branch lp:~gtg-user/gtg/setup_updated you'll find an updated setup environment, plus a correction on icons paths for the rtm-plugin. 
Probably, also the geolocalization plugins has non working (misplaced) icons, but I cannot test it since I don't have some necessary python bindings.
