Ok, false alarm. I has some errors in my code, and when they were
correct,  the preference button got active.

This bug can be closed.

Bug description:
I've seen the available plug-ins don't have a preferences window. I'm trying to create a plug-in and have it configurable.

I followed the instructions in http://live.gnome.org/gtg/pluginHowTo and added booth methods is_configurable(self) and configure_dialog(self, plugin_api), but the preferences button don't get available.
