Workview doesn't seem to affect it. When switching workview on and off,
it continues to show the same duplicated and wrongly-tagged tasks
(whereas switching to another tag and back normally fixes it). It also
doesn't matter whether GTG is started with workview or the regular view.

Bug description:
As of r343 (or maybe r344), the TaskTreeView sometimes displays tasks twice and shows tasks when they are not tagged with the selected tag. It seems to happen most commonly right after launching the program, and then goes away after different tags in the sidebar have been clicked a few times.
