I looked in the code a bit. Tag is added to all the children (and the
children of those). Since it is a recursive function, it seems that the
problem resides in adding a tag to a task that is currently open.

Bug description:
While the tag is added programmatically and is visible in the main window, the tag is not added to the task description. It is thus impossible to remove the tag.
