Hello,

I was thinking about the way to work with plugin authors.

What do you think about, when a plugin is merged, the author of the plugin
is automatically added to the gtg group (and thus has commit access). The
author will be asked to never commit any changes outside his own plugin
folder without agreement with one administrator of the group (currently
Bertrand, Paulo an myself).

What do you think?
