A minimum size makes sense: several complained not to see the closed
task pane since it was reduced to an height of 0 pixel. I guess we'd
better simplify hide/show the closed task pane, for instance by using a
simple key combination. I know F9 is generally attributed to sidebar, is
there a typical shortcut for bottom pane?
