Wov as you guessed, gtg and the plugin works when i restart the system.
And here is my .conf flie part:

disabled = tomboy, task_reaper, helloworld, send_email, bugzilla,
export, hamster, import_json, geolocalized_tasks, evolution_sync
enabled = notification_area, rtm_sync

Here what I do:
