Hay un reporte que sugiere la implementación de tareas periódicas (el
bug #734622), que yo pienso que sería una solución excelente para
vuestro problema, ya que con solo seleccionar un período para la tarea,
irá reapareciendo conforme sea necesario.

¿Are you interested in a tag that doesn't get deleted even when it tags no tasks, or in a task that is still shown after it is completed (though properly marked as done, I am thinking about strikethrough format)?

There is already a bug report that suggests the implementation of
periodic tasks (bug #734622), which I think would be an excellent
solution for your problem, now that only by selecting a period for a
task, it would keep reappearing as necessary.
