In editor, you can put there only one level of subtasks. To get the
structure like that:
Open a task an put there "- subtask_level1".
Click on that subtask and within its editor write "- subtask_level2".
(Repeat two more times)
Workview by definition hide all tasks which you can't work on: there is
an active subtask or maybe start date is in future, etc. You can see
always only one level of tasks in Work View.
