[Bug 381716] [NEW] use ngettext for plural strings

 

Public bug reported:

Strings such as "Rule(s) added" should be smarter. Ideally, ngettext
should be used, so translators have a singular and plural form of those
strings, and the appropriate one is shown to the user as needed, instead
of using parentheses.
