Status in GUI for ufw: Confirmed

Bug description:
The tooltip "Show Add Window" on the main Add button makes no sense for translators, and even users. Users don't click that button because they want to make a dialog appear, they click it because they want to add a rule. As such, a better string would be "Add a new firewall rule"
