I was thinking a lot about this wizzard...
Really Gufw needs a wizzard? :P Gufw is very very simple!
What do you think about an intro? (as the Ubuntu installer > a slideshow with a light intro to normal users? :) It could be appear in the first run and in the Help menu.
Mockups are welcome! :P

  Hi!

  Is it an idea to come with a wizard for beginners to set up GUFW,  and "teach" the options within GUFW?
  Mind, beginners often have a windows background, and are very familiar using firewalls.
