[Bug 963871] [NEW] gufw does not consider /etc/ufw/applications.d entries

Public bug reported:

Profiles that are shipped on the system (Ie not written by users),
through packages installation, are considered to be "trusted profiles".
These should be listed part of the known applications (though "Services"
would be more suitable here).

This bug related to the blueprint "more service supported", and is seconding Tim's idea:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/gui-ufw/+spec/more-service-supported

That is:
- ensure that packages ships profile in /etc/ufw/applications.d,
- only display known *and* installed profiles in combo,
- work-around the "10 max entries in a combo box" issue by adding a "more..." entry as 10th element (if needed).
Selecting more could then open a dialog box.

** Affects: gui-ufw
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
