Did you enable the systemd ufw service as explained on the Arch wiki[0]
so that it is available on boot? It seems that it is not enabled by
default on the Arch package. Doing the following once on a terminal
should suffice:
systemctl enable ufw

Bug description:
im using Manjaro which is arch based. UFW wont stay on across reboots.
in contrast to other distros, i do not need to unlock it, it has never
asked for that. true to its simplicity i just have to toggle status to
enable/disable it. i am not sure if this is a natural behavior and its
just supposed to be that way, but at the same time it doesnt seem very
practical to have to turn it on manually every time i reboot. btw
