This version will be an important milestone because of the big
upgrades of the libraries. Then, this version needs changes in the
depedences of the installer:
- Remove dependence python-netifaces
- Change dependence gir1.2-webkit-3.0 to gir1.2-webkit2-4.0
- Change dependence python-gi to python3-gi

Changelog:
- Migrated python3
- Migrated to webkit
- Added mumble server
- Updated translations
