Title:
Refresh timer should take sleep/stand-by into account

Status in Gwibber:
  Expired

Bug description:
When my computer wakes up from stand-by mode, it takes some time until
Gwibber loads all my feeds (timeline stays empty). It seems like it
waits until the refresh interval is reached, even if the last refresh
is ages ago, due to stand-by-mode.

Problem: Gwibber is not up to date when it could be.
Expected behaviour: Gwibber should check the absolute time of the last refresh and check how long ago that was.

  Gwibber 1.2.0.-bzr358
  Ubuntu 9.04
  Kernel 2.6.28-15-generic

(Sorry, I have no idea of how this is implemented right now and how to
change it, but maybe this still helps..)
