  missing icon sizes and maybe new icon

Status in Gwibber:

Bug description:
  The standard icon sizes (16px,22px,24px,32px) are missing, scaled
  icons (menu, tray) are very blurry. I've also create a icon similar to
  the actual version, maybe you like to use it.
