Thanks for the input.  As of 3.1.4.2 uploaded today it should switch to
the user stream automatically, but there are still bugs.  We have passed
feature freeze now, so expect lots of bug fixes over the next few weeks.
There will also be improvements to the way the data is displayed before
3.2.

I would love to see mockups of what people want for user streams and
profiles for us to work off of in the 3.4 cycle.

Bug description:
  As on the Reply Tab, add a follow (+) icon under usernames that the
  user does not Follow on a user page (when clicking on a @username)

  Futhermore, why not add more info like bio, website, location of the
  user shown ?
