Also clicking @user in any post opens a user stream too and now there is
a search entry as well.

Bug description:
  As on the Reply Tab, add a follow (+) icon under usernames that the
  user does not Follow on a user page (when clicking on a @username)

  Futhermore, why not add more info like bio, website, location of the
  user shown ?
