[Bug 1011392] [NEW] GwibberGtkEntry size and orientation issues

GwibberGtkEntry doesn't set the orientation properly and doesn't use the
proper icons.  This isn't used directly in the client, but exposed with
libgwibber-gtk for other apps to use.

This is used in the example from the tutorial that is getting posted on
http://developer.ubuntu.com
