Yes I recently enabled this functionality to allow me to update the
translations more easily by merging in, I just didn't get around to
actually doing the merge yet :)

Launchpad advise people not to point it directly at their dev branch
as any changes to translations there will be automatically overwritten
so I planned to keep it separate and manually update. I will change
the owner of the translation branch to gwibber-team so anyone can
perform this merge.
