Public bug reported:

When viewing opportunities in a package from the Sourcepackage list,
there is a link to go back to the Sourcepackage list.  When using this
link, it returns to the top of the page, which interrrupts the workflow
of reviewing packages for a set of opportunities that can be resolved
within the available time.

Ideally, the link from the package detail page should link to an anchor
within the Sourcepackage list, provided for each opportunity.
