Public bug reported:

As a new user of Harvest, I found the INSTALL file instructions to be a
bit confusing mostly because of how they were formatted in the file. I
was able to install harvest, and in my branch [1] I pushed a modified
version of the instructions. No commands were changed only the way the
file is formatted was changed. What do you guys think about this issue?
Maybe its just me who finds the file confusing, if that's the case, mark
this bug invalid otherwise please have a look at the INSTALL file.
