Title:
  Red Hat umask for holland.log

Status in Holland Backup Framework:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Since Red Hat uses a less secure umask than the Debian default,  we
  should make it consistent with the rest of Holland and using
  holland/holland.conf -> [holland] -> umask is fine to restrict
  anything sensitive in  holland.log (--debug for example)
