I was not aware of librelist.  That looks like a great solution and we
can ditch Launchpad completely.  +1.

As far as migrating away from launchpad, we'll want to preserve our
bugs as much as possible for documentation purposes.  Maybe a tool
like https://github.com/termie/lp2gh will help us preserve most of
that information.  This isn't going to be high priority for me, but if
someone feels like working on this sort of thing, please go ahead. :)
