Options can now be specified in [mysqld] mysqld-options = ... and will
be passed directly as options to the invoked mysqld command.

Bug description:
  It would be useful to have an innodb_fast_shutdown option in the
  mysqld section of the LVM provider for usage when innodb-
  recovery=True, allowing one to have InnoDB do a full purge and an
  insert buffer merge
