  holland-xtrabackup does not support xbstream + compression

Status in Holland Backup Framework:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Holland only pipes to a compression command if the stream format is
  tar.  With xbstream it always creates an uncompressed file regardless
  of what is specified in the [compression] section.
