Holland xtrabackup and LVM* methods do not account for data in
directories outside datadir when innodb_log_group_home_dir and
innodb_data_home_dir are set. This could also be a problem when using
.isl files are present (InnoDB tablespace placing) is in use, though
that may be out of scope of this particular bug.
