Public bug reported:

Holland currently defaults to a maximum of a 15G snapshot size.  This is
calculated as the minimum of:

* 20% of the total target logical volume size
* available free space in the target volume group
* 15GB

However it has been observed many failures occur just slightly after the
~15GB mark and a request was made to increase the default cap from 15GB
to 30GB.


This should probably be done as part of a version bump (i.e. not in the 1.0.X series)
