holland 1.0.10 released

holland 1.0.10 has been released. Tarballs are at
http://hollandbackup.org/releases/stable/1.0/holland-1.0.10.tar.gz and
packages will be pushed to the Opensuse repos shortly.

The main new features are:

* purge-on-demand. This is a new option that, if set, makes holland purge
old backups to make space for a new backup rather than just failing due to
space.

* compression now supports a new "options" variable that lets you specify
custom options for the underlying compression command. Added to support
explicit flags like gzip --rsyncable or pigz --processes N.

* mysqldump --routines and --events is now the default, for MySQL versions
that support this

* mysqldump now fails if no databases are to be backed up (often due to
insufficient backup user privileges)
