[Bug 682099] [NEW] 2010.4.0 default preferences only lists a single CPdetector

Public bug reported:

I have just ran hugin 2010.4.0 as a user with no pre-existing ~/.hugin:

testit@argenau:/tmp/sospel$ ls ~/ -a
.   .Xauthority    .bash_profile  .lesshst  .viminfo
..  .bash_history  .bashrc        .mlterm

After starting hugin there is just single control-point detector defined
and available ("Hugins Cpfind", defined as a "All images at once" type
with arguments "-o %o %s"). align_image_stack et al are missing. The
freshly generated ~/.hugin (to be attached) also only lists cpfind. (As
defined in ./src/hugin1/icpfind/CPDetectorConfig.cpp)

However File->Preferences->Control-Point-Detectors [Load Defaults] adds
the usual multitude of cp-detectors, and the default cpfind entry grows
a --multirow option. (As defined in ./src/hugin1/icpfind/default.unix)

On a sidenote shouldn't the label read "Hugin's Cpfind" instead of
"Hugins Cpfind"?
