[Bug 1177309] [NEW] incorrect pixels in layers made by PTtiff2psd

Public bug reported:

I created psd file with 2 layers using PTtiff2psd and noticed that first 3 pixels of both layers are incorrect! All others are ok.
I tried with different tiff formats and different image sizes (6mpx and more) but the problem is the same.
The error is visible in Photoshop 5 as well as in Photoshop CS3. Control images were compared byte-by-byte with original tiff images. ImageMagick's compare tool helped me to locate incorrect pixels.
Thank you!
