  Top window handling issues

Bug description:
  After using the Calculate (geometric) button, pressing the OK button
  in the confirmation dialog hides the Hugin window, if there is another
  non-minimized application window.

  Actually, sometimes, another non-minimized window appears between
  Hugin's main window and the dialog as soon as the dialog opens.
