User Experience Interaction Guidelines for Windows say
Undo: Ctrl+Z
Redo: Ctrl+Y
Refresh: F5

On Windows I can navigate from the tab to the image toggle buttons and
the All/None buttons, but not to the view sliders.

Bug description:
Provide keyboard equivalents for most, if not all, of the top menu items. For example,"Fine tune all points" does not have a keyboard equivalent.
