[Bug 694715] [NEW] optimizer option menu pops up partly invisible

Public bug reported:

Hi!

I'm using hugin Pre-Release 2010.5.0.e7939a4f5bc7 self-compiled on
Kubuntu 10.10.

There is an annoying quirk in the optimizer tab. When you have
previously selected an optimizer option in the lower part of the option
range (like, user-defined parameters, o 'all') and click on the
optimization parameter select arrows, the popup menu will show only the
lower part of the menu, the topmost options are outside the screen and
have to be scrolled to to become accessible. I feel this is an error;
the menu popup should be positioned so that all options are visible if
there is enough screen estate to cater for them. See atached the
situation before and after the click.
