[Bug 699839] [NEW] windows build installs but doesn't run in XP

Public bug reported:

I try to use the newest build 2010.4.0.
It installs just fine (i check Cean Registry Settings) but when i click on the icon that is created on the desktop i get
the message (translated from dutch so it might not exactly the same):
"C:\Program Files\Hugin\bin\hugin.exe
The application cannot be started because the configuration of the program is not correct. Reinstalling might solve the problem."

I did reinstall but the problem remains.
I tried the previous version 2010.2.0 and that runs just fine even without installing. I've tried also a pre-release 2010.5.0.6a5ac6a405c7 built by pmllc and that also runs.

I've tried to install on 2 different pc's all two win XP (32-bit) both
didn't worked.

I tried googleing but i didn't find anything. Am i the only one with
this problem?

** Affects: hugin
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
