Ah yes this time it was huge but I'm pretty sure I had the same error 
when I had the resolution set way lower.  It seemed to only happen 
when I cropped the pano.  When I set it to stereograph and left the 
original crop setting it worked fine and then I just cropped it in 
photoshop.
